 “青春物语”展览，旨在以其规划与呈现打破画种材料的分类界线，着重于一种观赏架构的对比，让观者以新的角度快速切入，品味年轻艺术家们新鲜而独特的视角。

From the beginning of the twentieth century, some traditional Chinese artists started to explore new artistic possibilities to protect traditional Chinese arts against the impact of the realism movement in the West. They made efforts to prove that Chinese painting is as descriptive as western paintings. One of the representative artists in this period is Jin Chen.  

Under silent grey skies, there was a feeling of isolation at the Image Base Arts Complex outside the East Fourth Ring Road last Thursday morning, an atmosphere that lent itself well to the themes surrounding Dandeli Gallery's latest exhibition, Youth Story.

On January 30, 2010, Dandeli Art Space sold Zhao Xiuhuan’s gongbi painting titled “Nine Peaches” to Mr. Qian Yaozhi, a partner of King & Wood PRC Law Firm, on an auction. The painting raised RMB 60,000 for the firm’s public interest foundation.

In the West, daffodil is a flower of respect and faithful love. As one of the top ten traditional Chinese flowers, In China, the flower is one of 10 most favored traditional flowers and symbol of good fortune, beauty, purity and elegance.,Daffodil is in full blossom in winter, which is a season many flowers wither and die. and welcomes the spring with its blossoms and sweet fragrance.

Since its establishment in May 2008, Dandeli has been dedicated to discovering young art talents and supporting the development of young artists. In December 2009, Dandeli will showcase a group exhibition for Li Jun, Li Tingting, Zhang Jiedong, Liu Rui and Zhang Shanshan, five young and talented artists that we discovered in the past 20 months. All of these artists were born in 1980s and their works communicate their unique perspectives and art language. Dandeli expects that the audience could share their growing joy and pains at this exhibition.
